1. Provide clinical and professional leadership, supervision, support and consultation to designated occupational therapy staff and MDT staff in the EI team & wider community services, and in line with relevant clinical pathways.2. To provide line management supervision for identified staff within EI.3. To support the AHP Lead, in the operational and strategic development of the occupational therapy service.4.
   Undertake liaison and effective working relationships with primary care services, including GP practices and consortia, local community facilities statutory & non-statutory agencies.5. To abide by the Royal College of Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, the Royal College of Occupational Therapy Professional Standards for OT Practice, and the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Standards for registration, and ensure compliance of others.6. To maintain own clinical and professional competence though designated ring fenced OT client caseload, using an evidence based model to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions and record all interventions.7. To participate in the duty rota for EI.8.
   To participate in the service bronze on call rota.9. Deputise for the Team Manager and AHP Professional Lead in his/her absence and take on any delegated duties as required.10. To develop the clinical pathways within the team
