Ensuring the highest level of service is delivered, high performance and quality is maintained and our end user support experience is valued. Input ideas and creativity to the Enterprise IT Operations management team. To work within a global environment and team setting. The availability, security and scalability of our IT services platform. Delivering our services roadmap. Techaway function (end user IT support) What will you bring to the team? 1st or 2nd line role within end user support. A good foundation in end user support tools. Excellent customer service skills. Experience escalating incidents to appropriate teams and collaborating with teams to ensure great outcomes for our users. Handling access requests while upholding compliancy standards. Good Technical skills in the following: Operating systems: Windows desktop 11, Mac OSX and Chrome OS Applications: GSuite, Atlassian products (Jira), Slack User/Device management tools - Active Directory, Google Admin, Intune, JAMF (desirable) Willingness and ability to learn - this role requires the ability to learn how to support a wide range of systems and applications. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
