Atender llamadas y chats generados por parte de los Clientes Coppel, BanCoppel y Afore Coppel que se comunican para aclarar dudas o solicitar algún servicio y/o garantia, además de proporcionar la asesoría correcta para resolver la problemática que expresa el cliente con la finalidad de brindar la mejor experiencia.
