Ejecutivo Comercial Hunter Corporativo Objetivo de la posición: Buscar nuevos ingresos a través de la apertura de nuevas relaciones comerciales con los clientes, generando y documentando nuevas oportunidades de negocios. Logrando de esta manera la meta asignada mensual. Principales responsabilidades: Prospectar nuevos clientes en diferentes segmentos de mercado, enfoque a trabajar en resultados de corto plazo. Mantener, actualizar y presentar controles estadísticos de su gestión de ventas. Conocer, presentar y vender todos los productos y servicios de TIGO a nuevos clientes potenciales. Asegurar el estándar de contactos definidos mensualmente, enfoque en clientes nuevos. Conocimiento del mercado, saber quiénes son los clientes actuales y potenciales, cuáles son los competidores, quién es el líder del mercado, cuáles son los precios promedios, qué ofertas (descuentos, bonificaciones u otros) son las que tienen mayor impacto. Preparar planes de acción y programas para identificar los clientes de la competencia, enfoque en hacer nuevos negocios. Identificar claramente el mapa de poder (jerarquías formales e informales en las estructuras organizacionales de sus clientes. 1 Conocer o crear diferentes fuentes de ventas y el establecimiento de estrategias por tipo de fuente. Elaborar y presentar propuestas competitivas para las oportunidades generadas con cada cliente con el fin de asegurar el cierre del negocio. Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a partir de la prospección. Evaluar y calificar el riesgo de cierre en cada oportunidad identificada por cliente, con información fidedigna y real de las situaciones actuales de los clientes. Atender las necesidades de los nuevos clientes y estar atento a los nuevos negocios de los mismos. Cumplir mensualmente las metas e indicadores de desempeño como ser: Gross, Venta Neta, Convergencia y Clientes Nuevos y cualquier otro que se le asigne. Mantener actualizado su Funnel de oportunidades de negocio a través de las herramientas que brinda la empresa. Requisitos: Graduado de Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniero Industrial. De 3 años en adelante de experiencia en venta de productos masivos o especializados. Experiencia en venta consultiva Conocimientos específicos: Ofimática (Excel, Power Point, Word) Análisis numérico estadístico (medidas de tendencia central) Conocimiento claro del mercado y clientes potenciales.
