Ejecutivo de Ventas Residenciales Centro A EJECUTIVO DE VENTAS RESIDENCIALES 📍 Ubicación: La Chorrera, Panamá Oeste 💼 Modalidad: Presencial 🎯 PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO Gestionar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas residenciales para promover y comercializar los servicios de TV, Internet, Cable Modem y telefonía residencial, contribuyendo al crecimiento y expansión de la cartera de clientes. ❓ ¿QUÉ HARÁS EN ESTE ROL? Serás responsable de conectar con potenciales clientes mediante visitas presenciales y llamadas, presentar soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidades y generar oportunidades de negocio que impulsen los resultados comerciales de la zona asignada. 🧩 RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES Contactar a clientes potenciales mediante visitas puerta a puerta o llamadas desde la base de datos. Realizar actividades promocionales en barriadas, empresas y puntos estratégicos (ferias, carpas). Participar en proyectos especiales como preventas o campañas comerciales. Presentar informes detallados después de cada actividad comercial (volanteos, ferias, carpas, visitas a edificios o empresas). 🤝 INTERRELACIONES CLAVES Equipo de Ventas Supervisores de Zona Área de Mercadeo Clientes potenciales y actuales Personal de apoyo en actividades promocionales 📚 REQUISITOS Contar con auto propio y licencia de conducir (Indispensable) • 🎓 Estudios Académicos Bachiller completo. Deseable: Estudios universitarios en Ventas, Mercadeo, Publicidad o áreas afines (en curso o completos). • 🛠️ Conocimientos Técnicos Manejo de programas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Uso eficiente de internet para fines comerciales. • 🌐 Idiomas Español (indispensable) Inglés (deseable) • 🧳 Experiencia Profesional Mínimo un (1) año de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en productos o servicios de consumo masivo o telecomunicaciones. • 🧠 Competencias Claves Comunicación y escucha efectiva.
