Location: The Head of Supply Panning & S&OP Delivery Systems & Services will be a remote role from US, Taiwan or Korea. Your Role: The Head of Supply Planning & S&OP Delivery Systems & Services (DS&S) will act as the Single Point of Contact for the DS&S Business Unit and Equipment ISC Cluster. This role entails leading Supply Planning teams, managing the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and ensuring business stability through effective supply management from manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include overseeing operational purchasing, regional planning activities, and translating commercial strategies into supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering cross-region collaboration and driving alignment within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Delivery Systems & Services (DS&S) Business Unit and Equipment Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Cluster, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all levels. Lead and mentor all Supply Planning teams within the DS&S Business and associated sites, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Coordinate and manage the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment of supply and demand to optimize resource allocation and business performance. Ensure a comprehensive Global Business Unit (BU) perspective to maintain business stability and strategic alignment across all operational functions. Hold operational responsibility for securing supply from respective manufacturing sites, ensuring timely and efficient product availability to meet market demands. Oversee and manage all operational purchasing activities, ensuring optimal procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and budgetary constraints. Manage regional planning activities, including Local Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Material/Production Planning, to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Translate commercial strategies into actionable initiatives within the supply chain organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market requirements. Foster cross-regional collaboration with key stakeholders to enhance communication, drive synergy, and improve overall supply chain performance. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or other technical discipline 8+ years of experience in supply chain management and operations, including hands-on involvement with S&OP processes. Excellent English communication skills – oral and written – to adequately guide across native cultures and languages. Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with diverse stakeholders to achieve objectives. Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Demonstrated leadership skills to influence and develop collaborative strategies within the Electronics sector Profound experience in project management and change management, with a focus on sponsoring and influencing key initiatives. Solid experience in a leadership role managing a multi-national team U.S. Pay Range for this position: $169,700 - $254,500 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
