This role partners with operations and leadership teams to analyze performance, improve processes, and support the deployment of global strategies and tools. Key Responsibilities Operational Performance & Analytics Analyze district operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency Review data trends, reporting tools, and operational metrics to support decision-making Identify process gaps through observation, process mapping, and data analysis Process Improvement & Quality Map and review operational processes across products to drive standardization Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) initiatives Promote adherence to Operational Performance Standards and quality programs Technology & Deployment Support rollout and adoption of company systems and tools within the district Monitor usage of digital tools and drive adoption across departments Act as a subject matter expert for operational systems and process improvements Training & Stakeholder Engagement Deliver training on Business Process fundamentals and operational standards Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives Participate in daily operations and cross-functional meetings to support alignment Qualifications Experience 2+ years of operations or logistics experience preferred Experience in process improvement, analytics, or quality programs is a plus Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to map processes and identify efficiency opportunities Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels Experience with Microsoft Office; Power BI, SharePoint, or Visio preferred Behavioral Competencies Influences others and promotes change across the organization Demonstrates a strong pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement Acts as a subject matter expert in operational processes Additional Information Note: Must be eligible to work at employment USA country.
