This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, it is now seeking to appoint a paralegal who will be accountable for managing a caseload of pre-litigated Employer Liability/Public Liability claims and advising on liability and quantum.
The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including handling pre-litigated cases involving EL / PL / Product Liability and Property Damage claims for Corporate clients. You will be handling a range of interesting cases completing initial investigations, taking witness statements, reviewing medical records and considering quantum before negotiating a settlement.
