EL Product Marketing Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in the assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role contributes to the implementation of product marketing strategies for Medium Voltage Apparatus within the Electrification Distribution Solution Division across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with global directives, tailoring product positioning and value propositions for local markets and segments.
  • Drive go-to-market execution, including the preparation of technical and commercial offers, and ensure achievement of budgeted volumes and profitability targets in assigned countries.
  • Support sales efforts by aligning on strategic opportunities, guiding sales channels, and ensuring effective execution through sales tools, materials, and coordination.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify customer needs, and maintain strong communication with local Sales teams and customers to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Manage project pipelines and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering; Energy and Electrical are preferred
  • You are proficient in Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
  • You are passionate about problem-solving and working in a multicultural team.
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
  • Problem solving, willingness to work in a multicultural team and motivation will complete your profile
