We are looking for an ELA English Teacher for a Bilingual School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from August 2026. About the school Chinese/American Bilingual School based in Beijing, it specializes in the teaching and management of K-12 Chinese-American programs as well as British (Cambridge) programs. The school has a kindergarten, primary and secondary education divisions and provide students with a comprehensive and well-rounded education that combines rigorous academic standards with cultural immersion and global perspectives. Job details Teach the subject of English and IELTS to students for high school, and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Master Degree or above Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching Hold a teaching certificate Passionate and Energetic in teaching Excellent English communication skills Monthly salary range of 27,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance is 4.000 RMB Benefits include a 60-minute lunch break, free lunch provided on campus, monthly breakfast allowance, and gifts from the school Full-time employment on a one-year contract (renewable) Paid winter and summer holiday Public Holidays Applicants sign an employment agreement and are assisted in applying for work visas and residence permits.
