Skills, Qualifications & Experience: * Team player and life-long learner * Receptive to ongoing feedback * Exemplary professional values * Three years of teaching experience (preferred) * Experience in analyzing data to drive instruction * Commitment to student engagement and student success * Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree preferred; * NYS certification preferred, commitment to achieve certification required Compensation: Capital Preparatory Schools offers competitive salaries for first-year Illuminators (teachers), ranging from $62,784 for non-certified bachelor's degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master's degree and certification. Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level and certification status. Capital Preparatory Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, full-year exempt position.
