Position Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Educators to join our team at St Luke’s Early Learning Centre. Working closely with
colleagues and the Lead Educator, this role supports the delivery of high-quality education and care, assists with
program planning and documentation, and contributes to resource preparation and administration. The Educator
also plays an active role in implementing the Centre’s Quality Improvement Plan and represents the values and
vision of St Luke’s while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Selection Criteria
SC1 Evidence of effective collaboration with team members, children, and families to create a supportive,
inclusive, and nurturing environment. Ability to foster positive relationships and maintain open
communication with stakeholders, contributing to a harmonious and professional working atmosphere
SC2 A proactive approach to seeking feedback and improving the learning environment, fostering innovative
and culturally relevant play-based activities for children’s growth
SC3 Proven ability to implement and contribute to high-quality education and care programs in alignment with
the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and other relevant
legislative requirements, ensuring the holistic development and well-being of children
