We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in a care homes settings, assisting with all personal hygiene, at meal times, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans while fostering a supportive environment for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a care home setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with creating or following care plans is beneficial.
  • A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support to individuals in need.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the needs of the service users.
