REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a valid State of Wisconsin Real Estate License.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and maintain home inventory and product knowledge.
  • Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
  • Attend sales meetings & events as required.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as closely with clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Organize open houses and property showings for potential buyers.
  • Utilize our CRM and systems to maintain organization and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions through administrative tasks.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
