Tipping Point Solutions (TPS) is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and creative professional for an immediate “Rapid Developer” position with the Training Development Directorate (TDD) on Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Candidate will work on an integrated team with Instructional Designers, subject matter experts, courseware and multimedia developers to create engaging and effective customized learning products, using sound instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to support residential classroom and online learning environments.
The on-site “Rapid Developer” will be expected to work within established project processes, collaborate with team members, and meet project deliverables by designing and presenting detailed storyboards, as well as effectively manage client relationships throughout the instructional design and development process.
