EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years related experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and procedures.
  • Ability to provide detailed documentation of work results.
  • Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and computing rate, ratio, and percent.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and kneel. The employee may occasionally be required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts, and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble and solder components, sub-assemblies, and finished products of moderate complexity as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.
  • Conduct tests of assembled electromechanical products as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.
  • Document results of assembly and/or test operations on data sheets and manufacturing records.
  • Diagnose, correct, and verify product originally not meeting specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one’s job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance always.
  • Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.
