Job Title: Elect Technician, Lab View

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide technical support and provide solutions to electronic problems both in the wiring area and in the PLC and Lab View programming part.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technician in Electronics, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics or Microelectronics, certified in Lab View.
  • Knowledge of testing systems and data acquisition in electrical resistance tests.
  • Knowledge of laser and ultrasonic printing systems
  • Knowledge of vision systems, developing software in Labview
  • PLCs / PCs programming
  • Handling of measuring instruments
  • Basic metrology

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily maintenance, with the aim of minimizing Down Time.
  • b) Develop Work Plans based on the OEE indicators of the areas in charge.
  • c) Work in coordination with Production, Manufacturing, Quality Control and Materials activities related to the supports that these departments provide.
  • d) Coordinate Minor Modifications and Improvement Projects in the different Cells.
  • e) Carry out maintenance in a timely and opportune manner.
  • f) Implement corrective as well as preventive improvements in the area under responsibility.
  • g) Carry out the implementation of new products and processes; In different cases, its due evaluation and qualification.
