Ability to co-ordinate multiple election events in parallel to meet tight deadlines Enhanced organisational capabilities Excellent customer service skills About the Role The Election Services Officer coordinates the end-to-end election process on behalf of commercial clients, to meet customer service expectations and ensure compliance with relevant rules and legislation. The role is Ongoing full-time position. Undertake post implementation reviews and reporting to capture client specific election processes, meet legislative requirements and inform continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent customer service and conducting successful elections within the agreed timeline and budget. Plan and schedule commercial elections, ensuring that client deadlines, budgets and rules can be met without compromising the integrity of the election process. Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues across the Electoral Operations Group and wider Agency in order to seek subject matter expertise related to each election process, communicate requirements, resolve issues and ensure alignment with related processes and plans. Support other operational activities during election events as required to contribute to critical business outcomes and build election knowledge and skills. Support a safe working environment and foster an organisational safety culture that actively supports and is consistent with the Commission’s work health and safety systems and processes. Actively contribute to agency-wide safety initiatives and plans.
