The Town of Slave Lake is seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as Election Workers for the upcoming Municipal Elections. Working under the direction of the Returning Officer, Election workers are an essential part of the electoral process and help to maintain a fair election by assisting on both advanced voting days and on election day. These are temporary seasonal positions.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Fluent in English is required; fluency in other languages would be an asset.
  • Previous experience working in a municipal, provincial or federal election would be an asset.
    Please note: You do not need to be a Canadian citizen to work in this position.
