Join a collaborative, fun and high performing team Play a key role in delivering a major statewide election event About the Role As an Election Workforce Support Officer, you will provide hands-on support to help build, manage and prepare a large talent pool workforce for the next State Government Election 2027. You will assist with planning, coordination and implementation of various workforce projects and playing a key supportive role during a critical time at NSW Electoral Commission. About the NSW Electoral Commission The New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales. Sound organisation and time management skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Effective computer skills and experience in using different business systems, including excel. Demonstrated client focus and strong customer service skills. Previous experience in recruitment and communicating with operational staff. Previous experience working in large scale events and working with tight deadlines. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners. Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
