WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Reporting directly to the Manager, Candidate Services, this role will be responsible for:

• The planning, conduct and delivery of a key candidate services project
• Designing and implementing procedures and processes that support the delivery of electoral events within the Event Strategy and Delivery branch
• Leading the creation of in-depth guidance materials for candidates and campaigners
• Managing a small team of project officers and casual staff to conduct key deliverables

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects
• Proven experience leading and monitoring a team involved in multiple projects
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced business environment
