OTHER Contribute to the effective and efficient running of the department by: Assisting administrative colleagues as and when possible. Performing tasks specific to the area Working on own initiative and planning and prioritising own workload. Provide other administrative services such as; filing, photocopying, typing, sending/ opening mail Demonstrating duties to new starters from time to time when needed Undertake any other duties as directed by the Elective Admissions Manager or Supervisor for the successful performance of the role. Attending individual Staff Development Reviews in which training and development needs will be identified and planned, also to ensure you attend Mandatory training as directed by the Elective Admissions Office Manager
