HIRING: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – VILLA PROJECTS (ABU DHABI)

Experience: 7–10 Years (UAE)
License: UAE-Registered / ADDC Coordination Experience Required
Languages: English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 7–10 years UAE experience in villa electrical design and supervision.
  • UAE-licensed / ADDC-approved engineer preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local codes, ADDC regulations, and villa construction practices.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design tools.
  • Excellent communication and inspection coordination skills.
    Package based on skillset and past performance.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with strong experience in villa electrical design, evaluation, and site inspection. The ideal candidate will be licensed, confident in handling ADDC approvals, and capable of leading the electrical scope from concept to execution, including inspection coordination and design optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and review electrical system designs, load schedules, SLDs, and shop drawings for villa projects.
  • Conduct onsite inspections, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure compliance with ADDC, Civil Defense, and consultant requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate formal inspections with ADDC and other relevant authorities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential design or installation issues before they impact project timelines.
  • Apply value engineering principles to improve system performance and reduce unnecessary cost.
  • Manage correspondence and follow-ups with ADDC, including submissions and clarifications.
  • Work closely with consultants, clients, and site teams to deliver compliant, efficient, and timely installations.
