Service-Focused:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electric vehicle systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams or OEMs to resolve complex EV issues.
• Maintain certifications and training on EV servicing procedures and safety.
• Advise customers on charging habits, battery health, and software updates.

Technical Support-Focused:

• Provide product support and troubleshooting for EV-related questions and issues.
• Assist with software updates, over-the-air (OTA) diagnostics, and remote support tools.
• Communicate with R&D or product development teams to report recurring issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Prior experience in automotive, clean energy, or technology industries is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of EV technology, charging infrastructure, and energy efficiency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Technical certifications (ASE, EV-specific certifications, or manufacturer training) are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
