We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions across a range of sectors, and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team and work alongside a Project Engineer in managing low voltage electrical projects.
Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of low voltage electrical projects. You will work closely with the Project Engineer to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Your ability to manage schedules, track project progress, and liaise with clients and internal teams will be key to the success of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Project Engineer in coordinating LV electrical projects from inception to completion.
· Programming project schedules, ensuring all tasks are properly planned, resourced, and completed in line with set timelines and project milestones.
· Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the smooth execution of all tasks.
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues as they arise.
· Collaborating with the Project Engineer to create site specific RAMS and review.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
· Order, monitor and track the delivery of materials and equipment for projects.
· Coordinating and arranging site access, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
· Preparing comprehensive job packs, including RAMS, site drawings, access permits, and other essential documentation.
· Support the team in managing project risks and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
· Facilitate communication across the team to ensure all stakeholders are kept up-to-date with project developments.
Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role, ideally within the construction or electrical industry.
· Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and project management software.
· A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering results.
