Responsibilities:

• Maintain plant’s E&I equipment and keep it running smoothly
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, improvements, calibration and repairs based on approved maintenance strategies
• Coordinate with contractors for onsite inspections, repairs and maintenance jobs.
• Work together with Production Team, Technical Team and Contractors to investigate equipment failures from time to time, perform root cause analysis and propose remedial actions
• Support in continuos improvements to maintenances plans.
• Manage spare parts and consumable inventory to trigger for replenishment of stocks
• Assist in preparation of Shut Down Maintenance (SDM) planning and execution

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3-5 years experiences in plant electrical or instrumentation maintenances and troubleshooting
• Experiences in petrochemical, refinery or other related industry
• Hands-on experiences are required
• Prepare to on standby to respond plant emergencies after office hours
