Description:
- Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- West, Company Transport Provided at designated Point
- MNC Chemical Manufacturing Company
Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant’s E&I equipment and keep it running smoothly
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, improvements, calibration and repairs based on approved maintenance strategies
- Coordinate with contractors for onsite inspections, repairs and maintenance jobs.
- Work together with Production Team, Technical Team and Contractors to investigate equipment failures from time to time, perform root cause analysis and propose remedial actions
- Support in continuos improvements to maintenances plans.
- Manage spare parts and consumable inventory to trigger for replenishment of stocks
- Assist in preparation of Shut Down Maintenance (SDM) planning and execution
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3-5 years experiences in plant electrical or instrumentation maintenances and troubleshooting
- Experiences in petrochemical, refinery or other related industry
- Hands-on experiences are required
- Prepare to on standby to respond plant emergencies after office hours
