Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor – 2025-108 Foran Mining Corporation (TSX:FOM) is a forward-thinking mining company redefining the industry. We are seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation.  Foran Mining is a modern mining development and exploration company advancing Canada's only greenfield copper project currently under construction: the McIlvenna Bay deposit in Saskatchewan. As part of the Maintenance Team, the Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe execution of Mill commissioning and Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance activities, ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of electrical systems and equipment. Their primary role includes supervising a team of electricians, and instrumentation techs. coordination of maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting electrical issues. Job Responsibilities: * Lay-out Responsibilities.  * Lead and mentor a team of electricians to ensure safe, efficient mill operations. * Plan and coordinate electrical and instrumentation maintenance, repairs, and inspections. * Oversee calibration and reliability of process control and instrumentation systems. * Drive preventive maintenance initiatives to maximize equipment uptime. * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues promptly to minimize downtime. *  Ensure compliance with all safety standards and electrical codes. * Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance on projects, upgrades, and installations. *  Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records. * Support commissioning and start-up activities. * Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource use. * Provide ongoing training and promote best practices in safety and technology. * Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. * Respond to emergencies and ensure effective corrective actions. Job Qualifications and Skills: *  Journeyperson Electrician certification required. * Minimum 5 years of mill maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role. * Strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems used in mining and milling operations. * Solid understanding of electrical safety standards, codes, and best practices. * Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues effectively. * Skilled in planning and executing maintenance projects within budget and schedule. * Proficient with maintenance software and documentation systems. * Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills. * Capable of training and mentoring crew members to enhance skills and safety performance. * Adaptable and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits:  We offer a competitive starting salary of $115,000/year based on experience and qualifications. A monthly premium and annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
