  ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN Location: Effingham, SC, 29541 JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and control systems, with a focus on maintaining and troubleshooting various industrial equipment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and service skills to ensure optimal performance of our systems and equipment. DUTIES * Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems. * Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, sensors, and precision measuring instruments. * Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for system diagnostics and repairs. * Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents to guide maintenance activities. * Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage components. * Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance using tools like AutoCAD for design modifications. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
