WATER: Electrical & Process Team Lead CHRISTCHURCH We have a great opportunity for a people focused Electrical & Process Team Lead. This is truly an exciting role as you get to lead and work with some of the most talented engineering professionals in the country. You will also collaborate with other knowledgeable professionals from other disciplines regionally and across the country. Key aspects of the role will include; Contribute to the growth of Stantec’s business as a senior member of the Water team. Demonstrate and lead company direction, culture and values. Provide technical and/or project management leadership of projects in your field of expertise. Lead, support and motivate the Christchurch team resulting in delivery success, Promote an open, challenging and stimulating work environment that attracts and retains high calibre staff. Identify and understand market trends, pursue opportunities and win revenue generating work from the wider Christchurch client base. Invest in your own professional and technical development. You will be tertiary qualified, preferably chartered or working towards, and have 5+ years of experience. The Team Leader position is a function in addition to an employee’s substantive technical/project contribution role.
