Description
Compensation: $25-$40/hr, depending on experience. What You Will Do: Assist with installing, repairing, and upgrading electrical components and systems. Support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults under supervision. Help perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Read and interpret electrical equipment submittals. Willingness to problem solve by reviewing specifications, consulting technical documentation, & collaborating with tech support to understand product functionality. Maintain compliance with electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and safety protocols. Work closely with licensed electricians, project coordinators, and operations managers. Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical skills. Qualifications & Preferred Experience: 2 years (or more) of hands-on experience in electrical installations & repairs + troubleshooting, diagnosing, & servicing equipment. Enrolled in or completed an accredited electrician apprenticeship program. Ability to read and interpret electrical layouts, schematics, and equipment specifications. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively. Full-time availability with flexibility for after-hours work if needed. Authorized to work in the U.S., valid driver’s license, and willingness to submit to a background check. Why Choose Forge?
