Job Description What You’ll Do You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Assist in pulling wire for PV string, DC, and AC feeder systems Complete plug-and-play module connections and manage module leads Perform DC terminations and label wiring for string wire, combiners, and inverters Support AC terminations at inverters, transformers, and switchgear Assist in electrical testing: insulation resistance and voltage tests Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installs Use hand and power tools to install racking and modules per design Participate in daily safety and work planning meetings Complete tasks using KE’s internal software systems for reporting and documentation Learn from leadership and ask questions to gain a full understanding of assignments Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding issues or deviations from scope Qualifications What You'll Bring: You’re someone who wants to learn, grow, and contribute to building renewable infrastructure.
