JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks, learn about electrical systems, and develop essential skills necessary for a successful career in this industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic understanding of electrical concepts and terminology is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their proper usage is essential.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about industrial electrical systems and low voltage applications.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.

• Assist licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand electrical layouts.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform tasks.
• Support the installation of low voltage systems as directed by senior electricians.
• Participate in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing necessary repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
