Core Responsibility: Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Operate power tools safely and effectively under supervision. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical training program is a plus. Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to electrical systems. Experience using hand tools and power tools is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn from experienced electricians and take direction effectively. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform manual labor as required.
