Join us to build the future.    Your Impact  As an Assembler, you’ll build high-quality electrical components (Branch Circuit Whips) that power our end product. Your hands-on skill, precision, and commitment to safety ensure our products are built correctly, efficiently, and reliably—directly supporting operational excellence and company growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Build product in the correct, timely and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications. * Perform quality checks on parts. * Learn about various types of building materials and technical terms to ensure future growth and knowledge. * Follow all job tracking procedures. * Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company. * Follow all company policies in accordance with Accelevation’s Employee Handbook. * Participate in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement initiatives. * Become forklift certified if deemed necessary by the manager. * Perform all other tasks assigned by the manager. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives.
