Join our team as an Electrical Assembler - Level 2, where you’ll play a key role in building and wiring high-quality electrical control panels that power our customers automated systems. In this role, you’ll work with a talented team, interpret electrical schematics, and take projects from start to finish. If you’re driven by craftsmanship, accuracy, and creating solutions that matter, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Assemble, wire, and install components for electrical control panels. Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Perform quality checks and troubleshoot wiring issues. Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain documentation of work performed. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience building or wiring electrical control panels Strong ability to read and work from electrical schematics Solid understanding of electrical principles and safe work practices Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own workflow A team player with a commitment to craftsmanship and continuous improvement Requirements Basic Computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or related field. Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams. Proficient in using hand tools, crimping tools, and multimeters. Proficient in using power tools such as drills, saws and impacts. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Dependability, strong work ethic and willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends. Must be able to work in a team environment. Ability to determine colors and follow written work instructions. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs. Climbing (ladders, stairs, etc.) Bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting Extended periods of standing and walking Preferred Skills: Experience with industrial automation systems. Knowledge of UL standards and electrical codes.
