Description We are looking for an Electrical Assembler, you’ll be responsible for hands-on assembly of electrical components and equipment. Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm | Must have some Saturday availability What You’ll Do Assemble electrical switchboards and enclosures by following drawings, layouts, and instructions. Install electrical components such as switches, meters, breakers, sensors, and nameplates. Safely operate tools and equipment (hand tools, drills, pallet jacks, cranes, etc.) to complete daily tasks. Read and interpret technical documents to determine parts, methods, and sequence of work. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following safety and quality guidelines. Accurately complete required paperwork, such as quality checklists. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals. What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED, Required. Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience assembling electrical switchboards from drawings, Required. 1 year of experience in electrical apprenticeship, repair, or HVAC installation Skills & Abilities: Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Manual dexterity, steady hand-eye coordination, and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching required. Exposure to heat, humidity, cold, noise, electrical components, and occasional fumes or airborne particles. Must follow all safety procedures. Why Join Us?
