Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, surface-mount technology, electrical wiring, and motors. Responsibilities Assemble and wire assemblies by pulling work orders, any associated work instructions, building assembly, inspecting assembly, and closing out work orders at completion of build. Responsible for AC/DC Wiring controls, motors, etc. Collaborate with Engineering when building prototype assemblies, redlining improvements, and communicating recommendations. Maintain a clean, safe working environment daily. Work as a team to coordinate workflow to accomplish daily goals and objectives. Ensure the operation’s status, concerns, and issues are communicated directly to the leadership team daily. Offer assistance and support to all members of Wild Goose Filling to drive teamwork and to ensure workload is balanced as a team. Work with Engineering and Fabrication to refine designs for manufacturability and safe operation. Determine the root cause of the field problem and partner with Customer Service to initiate tracking of follow-up service. Recommend improvements to Engineering based on service issues. Recommend updates to Standard Operating Procedures as needed. Upload parameters to customer part replacements and upgrades as needed. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years in a similar field Possess product, electrical, and safety knowledge to ensure proper execution and processes of department activities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems as issues arise. Possess a high level of innovation to assist with new product development. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals in order to assemble, test, and inspect properly. Experience in electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment Control system troubleshooting skills Experience following assembly and test specifications and procedures Analytical mind
Responsibilities
The Electrical Assembly Technician will assemble and wire electrical components, collaborate with engineering on prototypes, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. They will also communicate operational concerns to the leadership team and support team members to balance workload.
