OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM

We are looking forward to our next graduate intake joining the Cement Australia team in 2020. We recognise the value graduates can add to a business and have designed our program to provide you with the foundation you need to become a potential future leader.
Over 2 years you will complete multiple rotations, spending your time across different sites and locations. These rotations will include relocating to one or both of our Gladstone, QLD site and Railton, Tasmania site. You will be given day-to-day responsibilities, project work and both structured and on-the-job learning. We will connect you with experienced professionals in your field and provide opportunities to network with other graduates in the industry. You will also have the opportunity to meet with, engage and present to senior leaders within our business. As a future leader of our business, it is important to us that you do “real work” and therefore you’ll be exposed to the full cycle of our operations.
