JOB DESCRIPTION:

Universal BIM is looking for five (5) skilled Electrical BIM Modelers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in electrical BIM modeling for power, lighting, ELV, and containment systems. This role requires professionals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and coordination in Revit and AutoCAD.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler.
✔ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination software.
✔ Strong knowledge of power, lighting, ELV, and containment systems.
✔ Ability to interpret design drawings and specifications accurately.
✔ Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

• Develop detailed 3D models of electrical systems using Revit.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for seamless project execution.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
