Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budget. Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance. Supervise installation of power distribution systems, lighting, control panels, and other electrical infrastructure. Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and local regulations. Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal project teams. Resolve technical issues and provide guidance during construction phases. Manage manpower allocation and equipment utilization effectively. Oversee procurement and timely delivery of electrical materials. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 8–10 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in advanced manufacturing or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
