Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Manage end-to-end electrical project execution for a manufacturing facility, from design review to commissioning. Oversee electrical contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure compliance with project scope, quality, and safety standards. Review electrical drawings, specifications, method statements, and shop drawings. Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with local authorities, codes, and standards (e.g. Suruhanjaya Tenaga, IEC, MS standards). Coordinate with civil, mechanical, process, and EHS teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and risk assessments. Manage testing, commissioning, and handover documentation. Identify and mitigate project risks, technical issues, and delays. Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or plant construction environments. Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, power distribution, switchgear, lighting, earthing, and industrial electrical installations. Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary site teams. Familiarity with Malaysian electrical regulations and authority submissions. Proficient in project management tools and documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
