SUMMARY

As an Electrical Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Reporting to the general manager, you will utilize your core skills in project scheduling and construction management. Your electrical experience and understanding of standards will be vital in coordinating with teams and managing contracts. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS:

· State of WI Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred.
· Communicate effectively with others, including communication via email and phone.
· Work collaboratively in a team environment and have a positive attitude.
· Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office.
· Proficient typing ability is required.
· Valid State of WI driver’s license is required.
· Ability to understand and read blueprints and specifications.
· Knowledge of construction industry and/or electrical trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

· Manage a number of projects throughout the calendar year, determined based on the revenue amount and timeline of the project(s).
· Work collaboratively with other PMs and site foremen to coordinate manpower, materials, and other equipment for various projects.
· Manage job costing for all assigned projects.
· Maintain job forecasting for assigned projects.
· Pre-Construction Coordination and attend meetings as needed.
· Selection of Vendors for material purchasing and order materials, as needed, throughout project.
· Selection of Subcontractors, if applicable.
· Provide and review all required submittals for each assigned project.
· Determine appropriate manpower for project and keep schedule up to date on weekly basis.
· Coordinate and provide updates to project schedule, as needed, to General Contractor on weekly basis.
· Attend project meetings throughout project, as needed.
· Work with project foreman and crew to meet project milestones and make sure project is meeting schedule.
· Monitor project progress by conducting weekly site visits.
· Draft monthly payment applications for assigned projects and provide lien waivers.
· Coordinate punch list walk-throughs and complete items as needed.
· Provide project closeout documentation and as-built drawings.
