Link Contracting is a fast growing maintenance and construction company. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Contracts Manager to join our award-winning team. Based at our Head Office in Wigan, you will be responsible for a team delivering projects and day to day maintenance throughout the UK.

IN ADDITION, THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ARE EITHER REQUIRED OR DESIRABLE:

• 17th or 18th Edition wiring Regulations – Required
• C&G 2391 Test and inspection – Required
• ECS / CSCS Card – Required
• Full Driving Licence – Required
• Asbestos Awareness – Desirable
• IOSH – Desirable
• Basic IT Skills – Required

• Managing and mentoring members of the office based and engineer regional teams.
• Ensure health and safety compliance is always maintained on sites and work locations including completing and issuing relevant RAMS where required.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and concerns promptly.
• Meet clients, assess work and produce quotations and deliver within budget
• Taking reports and implementing procedural decisions to improve (KPIs and ways of working)
• Ensure the highest quality of service is being provided by our engineers and sub-contractors.
• Work closely with the Contract Support Team to ensure required information is collated and added to the system.
• Validation of test certificates produced by engineers.
• The role is predominantly office based however occasional site visits will be required.
• Candidates must have an electrical background and a passion for customer service.
