The Electrical CoPM is the first line of communication with the construction subcontractors’ onsite management for the Spent Fuel Handling Project near the Naval Reactors Facility at Idaho National Lab which is approximately 55 miles from Idaho Falls.
They are primarily responsible for reporting to the CPM for execution of sign subcontract. The CoPM is the first line of communication with the construction subcontractors’ onsite management. They are responsible for ensuring that the project safety requirements are met and that all day-to-day construction activities for the construction subcontractors assigned to them are properly executed.
Specific duties include:
Provides initial review and approval for subcontractor pay applications. Forwards to the CMP for approvalCoordinates approval of subcontractor work execution documents such as hot work permits, LOTO, confined space entry authorizations, etc. All tie-in to existing NRF plant utilities will be coordinated through the assigned ER STR
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Large DOE nuclear projectsIEEE, NECA, or NFPA certifications
Equipment and Machines:
Building Information Management SoftwareProlog (Database) software
Work Environment
Potential travel to other offices across the U.S. 2-3 times/yearWeather factors such as wind and extreme cold
On-Site Security training is mandatory before performing project duties.
Timely response to resolve issues is expected.
