Pay based on Experience Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Job Summary The Electrical Control Panel Wirer will work independently, under the direction of the lead, to wire the control panels according to the schematics. Primary Job Duties: Read and follow schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bill of materials to determine materials requirements and to build, assembly and wire the panel. Fabricate or form parts using hand tools such as, wire cutters and crimpers, voltage testing, and calipers. Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly. Communicate with lead, supervisors or engineers to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems. Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers. Work in a safe manner while maintaining 6s. PM22 Requirements Education and Experience High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED) Previous experience in control wiring preferred.
Responsibilities
The Electrical Control Panel Wirer will independently wire control panels according to schematics, reading and following various technical documents like drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine material needs and build the unit. Duties also include fabricating parts using hand tools, positioning electrical components, and communicating with leads or engineers to resolve production issues.
