TOP MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• Allen-Bradley PLC & HMI programming, troubleshooting, and integration
• Electrical power distribution (480V & 4160V systems, switchgear, MCC)
• Variable speed drives (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Hands-on plant troubleshooting & maintenance in manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, electrical safety standards

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Wonder Ware industrial database systems
• Experience in polymer/textile manufacturing
• Six Sigma certification / Lean, SPC, TPM exposure
• VMware, Servers, Thin Clients tech
• Siemens PLCs and European control schemes

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (required)
• Six Sigma Certification (preferred)

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum: 3+ years manufacturing experience
• Ideal: 5–7 years hands-on plant controls/electrical engineering
