THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Beverage Can Division in Clayton is seeking an Electrical Coordinator to oversee the electrical maintenance and reliability function. This hands-on role will oversee a team of electricians and contractors, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimising electrical systems across high-speed production lines and automation systems.

• Coordinate preventative and corrective electrical maintenance to maximise plant uptime.
• Ensure compliance with AS/NZS 3000, AS 4024, and other electrical safety standards.
• Supervise and develop a team of industrial electricians and contractors.
• Troubleshoot and optimise PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred).
• Support capital and automation projects, ensuring adherence to engineering standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date electrical schematics, maintenance records, and CMMS data integrity.
