We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life. As well as experience in a similar electrical engineering role previously. You would require: Completed a Degree in Electrical Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia A minimum of 5 years’ post graduate experience working on industrial projects, delivering process plant projects, energy sector, water sector or mining projects ensuring quality deliverables while meeting agreed schedules. Applied knowledge of ‘in-plant’ electrical distribution (MV and LV systems) and motor control systems Applied knowledge of relevant standards including AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3008.1.1 and AS/NZS 2067. Experience across all project development phases including concept, FEED and detail design Ability to proactively interact with Project Managers, discipline engineers and designers to support project deliverables. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Understanding of renewable energy, industrial communications systems, SCADA, PLC/DCS, Hazardous Areas, and Functional Safety would be viewed favourably.
