1. ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (POWER, LIGHTING, ELV)

Preferred Profile: Burtville Development are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with 6–8 years of relevant experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Power Distribution, Lighting Design, and ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, access control).

• Design LV power distribution, lighting layouts, and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with ADDC, ADM, Estidama, and Civil Defence standards.
• Collaborate with architectural team to reflect lighting and services on RCP and elevations.
• Prepare load schedules, single-line diagrams, and electrical BOQs.
• Review and coordinate MEP service routes with ceiling and wall features.
• Support authority submissions and respond to technical clarifications.
