Looking for Electrical Design Engineer (Consultancy) having 7-8 Years of Dubai Experience with good Exposure in designing and Authority approvals.
(Dewa & DM Approved Engineer must)
1. Well versed in Electrical designing, drawing preparation and calculation etc (Lights, Power, Load schedules, installation details, Load schedules, SLD, Notes, etc)
2. Knowledge in Fire alarm, Emergency lighting & ELV system designing and drawing preparation
3. Calculations – Determining the Electrical power requirement, SLD & Load schedule, Voltage drop, capacitor bank calculation
4. Preparation of Technical specification , vendor list, scope of works, matrix, work programs, etc as per the projects.
5. Knowledge of material submittals, reviewing and comments
6. Familiar with authority regulations – Dewa, DCD, Etisalat, DU, SIRA and other national codes
7. Submission & Approval of drawings, NOCs, etc in all Authorities, Trakeesh and Developers like Nakeel, Emaar etc
8. Preparation of Tender documents such as Tender drawings, BOQ, Cost estimation, specifications, Vendor list, Project plan, calculations etc.
9. Conducting QC check to ensure MEP system meet required standards and regulations
10. T & C and Handing over documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per mont
